The meeting takes place at the
Institute of Theoretical Astrophysics in the auditorium,
starting at 9:00, Monday 21 November with a short welcome
address.

Registration: in the hallway outside the Auditorium from 8:30 where
name tags and conference material may be picked up.

AV-equipment:
- Overhead projector
- Slide projector
- VHS video player (PAL and NTSC)
- Linux and Windows-XP laptop with PowerPoint
- Screen-projector connected to video player and laptop

Internet access:
- There is wireless internet access in the lecture hall.
There is also a limited number of ethernet sockets (access again via dhcp)
in the lecture room and in a special coputer room.
Bring your own ethernet cable to be independent.

Posters (if necessary) will be on display in the
hallway outside the Auditorium throughout the meeting.

Lunch is served locally (in a separate section of
the pedagogics canteen. We have to walk from the institute,
but that takes about half a minute, it's right next door).
The lunches are sponsored by Nordita.

The conference dinner
will take place on Monday 21 November, at 20:00.
Please inform the conference secretary
if you are unable to participate in the dinner.
