STUDENTS:

Students will be accommodated in apartments (two students in each apartment) at a price of DKK 255 per night per student.
If you are a student and prefer/choose to stay in a student apartment please SELECT "I would like to share a room with another participant" and ENTER the name of a roomate.

For other participants rooms have been reserved at hotels located in the center of Copenhagen. Please note that since the institute/conference takes place during the "high season" we have mainly been able to reserve double rooms at a price range of DKK 800-1000 per night. The rooms will be used as single rooms unless otherwise requested.
