Manuscript Preparation:

It is mandatory to use the following file samples article.tex and the macropackage econfmacros.tex. Please use plain LATEX and avoid any personal macros and/or style files.

IMPORTANT: Submit your paper to the LANL eprint archive first and then send us your LANL eprint reference (number; e.g astro-ph/0105022 -- once it is "public accessible"). We will assemble the files into the final ebook.

Page Limits:

The page limits have been set to 6 pages for Contributions (30 mn), and 12 pages for Review talks. These include the Questions/Answers section at the end of each article. Questions attached to Contributions and Reviews will be sent to the corresponding authors.

Editors and Editorial Review:

The editors (R. Ouyed, J. Hjorth and Å. Nordlund) will review all the manuscripts, and may ask you for clarifications and/or revisions.

Submission Deadline:

Please submit your contribution no later than November 1st, 2002 .
